FLYING HILLS – After recently testing positive for COVID-19, state Rep. Mark Gillen (R-Berks/Lancaster) today issued the following statement:
“I recently was exposed to, tested for and learned I have contracted the COVID-19 virus.
“I currently am experiencing mild symptoms and plan to work from home while I remain in quarantine.
“My exposure and positive test occurred while I traveled outside of Pennsylvania and should have no effect on my colleagues in the General Assembly, workers in the state Capitol or my district office staff.
“My offices in Harrisburg and in our district will remain open as I remain in quarantine.”
